Carob it’s a nutrient-dense superfood with incredible health benefits!
Made with Love and: Green Tea (70%) and crushed carob (30%)
PREPARATION: The warm, earthy smell of the green tea combines with the naturally sweet, nutty flavour of the carob. Bring the water to a low, steady boil, between 80°C (176°F) and 85°C (195°F). This range of temperatures helps to extract the flavour from both the green tea and the carob, resulting in a tasty infusion. Don't let it boil, as high temperatures can make green tea taste bitter.
For an extra special treat, you may add a cinnamon stick or some mint leaves to make it even more flavourful. Remember, these are justa few suggestions to get you started. Feel free to adjust the temperature and brewing time to suit your personal preferences.
